As the President of Intuitive Services Group (ISG) a WMBE, Leslie joins Bluecooper’ s dynamic management team and brings her vast experience as a 20 year  HR professional with experience in administration, customer support, and finance in manufacturing, Facility services, and medical sectors.  Leslie will be responsible for all general and administrative departments with alignment to operations.  Leslie is a member of the Women’s Business Council and will help lead Bluecooper Janitorial into new markets promoting and supporting minority and women-owned businesses.  Leslie is married and has four children and lives in Boerne, TX

Tristin Burell

See a need, fill a need. That is what spurred Tristin to start BLUECOOPER Janitorial Services in 2011 and has kept her fire burning ever since. After building relationships with clients and staff for 9 years, she wanted to join forces with the master minds listed above so BLUECOOPER could continue to further the opportunities of their staff while offering more than the standard janitorial companies for facilites across South Texas.

Mauro “Mo” Scigliano

Mauro “Mo” Scigliano has a proven expertise with an outstanding record of accomplishments in managing and leading major FM businesses with 35 plus years’ experience. Seasoned leader with demonstrated abilities in: creating and building management teams, managing acquisitions and divestitures, company turnarounds.  Mo has held C suite positions at ABM Industries, GCA and ISS Facility Services.

Mo built his carrier in the Janitorial and related Facility Services disciplines from the ground up starting as a janitor working through high school to becoming the President of ABM Industries Facility Services Division.  Excellent cross industry experience, from all aspects of FM to leading sales and marketing groups. Proven record of improving and sustaining growth, profits and a culture for all in which to succeed.  Mauro and his family live in Boerne, TX.

Coby Orr – Partner

Coby W. Orr was born in San Antonio TX and currently resides in Birmingham AL. He received his undergraduate degree in Corporate Finances and Investment Management from the University of Alabama in 1992.Coby began his career cleaning windows in the summers of his high school and college years.  He began to realize the potential of the cleaning industry at an early age.  After graduating from the University of Alabama, he started a ServiceMaster franchise in Collierville TN.  He then became the National Account Sales Manager for ServiceMaster a fortune 150 company before he began his partnership with Mitchell Spurlock and founded Diversified Maintenance Systems, Inc (www.diversifiedM.com) in 1997.In 2010 Coby and Mitchell sold Diversified to Frontenac Equity group located in Chicago.  He continued to serve as a consultant in the customer retention, growth, acquisition and strategic initiatives of the company for 7 years.Utilizing his knowledge and experience Coby currently focuses on his lifelong passion for people through consulting and coaching in various capacities both philanthropic and for various companies in the service and maintenance industry.Full BIO Here

Ken Black

A 20 year military veteran, Ken Black is a master of many trades and forturnate for us, joined our team in 2019. Within weeks of his assignment, we noticed leadership potential. One lunch and lots of positive ideas for improvement (from him) later, he was our General Manager. He gets in the trenches weekly, training new hires and modeling the absolute most effective and efficient cleaning measures in the industry!

Diane Nieto was a committed employee of UPS for 20 years; she joined our team in 2014 as a means of saving up for retirement. She was a natural and loyal leader on her crew so we promoted her to Service Manager within a few months of employment. Her extreme organization skills, dedication to customer service and drive for supreme excellent make her an invaluable asset to our team!
